Summary
- You receive your deliverables at the next 11:11 (your local time).
- If your delivery is missing, corrupted, or the wrong tier → we fix it immediately.
- If you feel "not aligned" → you get one refinement (structured).
- Refunds only for failure to deliver the stated product.
This keeps the experience premium and fair.
One refinement
You may request one refinement within 7 days of delivery:
- Choose one direction: more soft, more grounded, more playful, more mysterious, or more radiant.
- We regenerate up to two additional candidates, re-curate the top three, and re-deliver.
We do not offer unlimited revisions.
What qualifies for a refund
- No delivery within our stated SLA (e.g. 24h) without notice.
- Corrupted attachments or a broken reveal link.
- Wrong tier delivered.
- Provider outage without a fallback delivery.
What does not qualify
- "I changed my mind" after delivery.
- Expectations that differ from the product described.
- Change of belief after receiving the product.
