Refund & Remake Policy

Fair and clear. Last updated for MVP.

Summary

  • You receive your deliverables at the next 11:11 (your local time).
  • If your delivery is missing, corrupted, or the wrong tier → we fix it immediately.
  • If you feel "not aligned" → you get one refinement (structured).
  • Refunds only for failure to deliver the stated product.

This keeps the experience premium and fair.

One refinement

You may request one refinement within 7 days of delivery:

  • Choose one direction: more soft, more grounded, more playful, more mysterious, or more radiant.
  • We regenerate up to two additional candidates, re-curate the top three, and re-deliver.

We do not offer unlimited revisions.

What qualifies for a refund

  • No delivery within our stated SLA (e.g. 24h) without notice.
  • Corrupted attachments or a broken reveal link.
  • Wrong tier delivered.
  • Provider outage without a fallback delivery.

What does not qualify

  • "I changed my mind" after delivery.
  • Expectations that differ from the product described.
  • Change of belief after receiving the product.
